    April 14, 2018 - Soft cork.
    Deep ruby colour, light rim.
Some sweet honeyed fruit characters, smooth, clean, clearly still alive and drinkable. Black plums, tar, dark spice.
Medium bodied, sour cherry stone zest, classic Rioja fruit, no obvious oak flavours, rich spice, finishes with good acidity and tannins evident. Youthful in a way but with flavours clearly in the well aged spectrum. A very good sample of a 79yr old wine.
