  November 16, 2020 - Hue of white wine, fulsome bubbles keep on rising, how can you not worship persistence in bubbles? Balanced on the palate, explore mineral, yeast, fruit, a hint of Sauternes honey and is that interesting flavor Meunier? Someone please inform me what that muted Gewurtz like quality in certain Champagnes is.
  
  A local regional supermarket chain has had this on sale forever at $34, a better sparkling match with Character to that big meal than most whites and sparklers.

  February 24, 2019 - Oscars 2019. Medium straw color. Aromas of green apple and lemon waft from the flute. Soft on the palate, with additional notes of pear, cream, and toast complemented by zippy acidity. A lovely celebratory sipper.
