January 3, 2021 - Spectacular. Concentrated perfumed nose of bright citrus and stone fruits, honeysuckle. All those flavours carried through on the rich palate with a good lick of saline underneath. Very long finish. An experience to savour.

Only when it warms up do you get any hint of that gluey white Rhone character; but served reasonably well chilled it is perfectly balanced, refreshing and moreish. Perfect on its own or with food.
