  October 23, 2020 - Mijn credo: zeg maar nee tegen chardonnay, behalve bij het diner. Jarenlang zijn we, vooral op de terrassen doodgegooid met chardonnay met veel hout. Na twee glazen trekt je mond droog en heb je genoeg van al die eikenbomen. Dat geldt niet voor deze wijn: Zomers, lichtvoetig maar niet oppervlakkig, uitnodigend om nog een glas te nemen en, vooruit, nog een!

  Mineralic in the nose, not pronounced fruity. Not the most forward or complex nose
  
  Soft in the beginning, but follows with good acidity. Not a lot of fruit, more mineralic in the expression. There is a slight hint of licorice/anis in the flavor. Medium bodied and not a very complex/complicated wine.
  
  Great food wine.
