September 27, 2018 - Very spicy (as in the heat you get from raw oregano, or perhaps maybe epazote; try it sometime), with a very long and slightly bitter yuzu finish. Really! A dry and lovely floral rose, with a bit of tannic cling that keeps the flavors around.
