May 10, 2023 - A great weekday Chianti. Simple with good levels of acidity and cherry notes peaking through. Good value and should have no problem drinking well for the next 2-5 years.

November 26, 2021 - Clear pale ruby/garnet; clean medium minus nose of ripe red cherries and soil; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with cocoa and sourness; medium plus finish; drink now; decent Chianti with higher than normal sourness and lower than normal complexity

September 7, 2021 - Austere. A nose akin to valpolicella rather than Chianti. Nutty, dark fruit, leather, tobacco and hints of tartness and smoke. Perhaps entering into closed phase. Surprisingly muted and atypical for Chianti Classico.
