The wine has shown the ability to develop in a glass from a light wine with recognizable aromas and taste to a more complex wine 🍷

    Color: pale straw
Aroma: elegant aromas of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), gooseberry, grass cuttings, apples, as well as mineral tones (silicon, salt). Overall aromas are fresh and light, the wine has a crisp feel due to its acidity
Taste: dry wine, with fresh acidity and moderate alcohol (13%), due to its acidity I would describe it a little harsh. The wine is moderately round and mineral, with an average balance, above average flavor intensity and a long aftertaste (mineral aftertaste)
This is a 100% mature wine that can be drunk in the coming year.

Due to its chic acidity, it goes well with crustaceans, molluscs and fish (but not very fatty).

July 10, 2020 - Medium straw color. Rounder and a touch sweeter than most sancerre, but still heavily citrus flavors and strong minerality. Quite good.
