April 3, 2024 - Drank almost at room temperature on day 1. Nose of apricots, peach, pinaeaplle - very fragrant. Nice acidity, papaya, apricots, lemon custard with a note of spice in the palate. Young, overall fresh, full bodied, with a long finish. Will improve with age for sure, but already very enjoyable.

February 10, 2024 - Still a little young but blew all four of us away nonetheless-a beautiful Barsac, and can't wait to taste it again in another 2-3 years to see how it evolves. Golden yellow. Powerful even for a Coutet, with prominent notes of peach and apricot followed by some citrus, moderately long finish yet seemed almost weightless. Kept pulling me back for yet another sip. Served it tonight with a dessert of chocolate ganache torte--was a great combination.

April 9, 2023 - Un Coutet digne des plus grands Sauternes avec une explosion de fruits exotiques, peches, abricots, une acidité tellement bien dosé pour équilibré le sucre, c'est onctueux et riche a souhait sans tomber dans l'exces. Difficile de faire mieux, absolument exquis !
