September 11, 2022 - Nice, but possibly opened a bit early. This probably had another 10-15 years ahead of it, but we were having superb Prime Cap Rib-eye Steaks, and I got carried away and opened this. No worries. I really liked it, and it complemented the marbling of the ribeye really nicely.

September 9, 2022 - Red fruit with a sweetness on the nose. Red fruit, wet cedar and pronounced baking spice on the palate. Long finish. Not overly tannic. Drinking well now. Went very well with filet.

December 24, 2021 - At $100 a bottle from the winery, this wine is incredibly disappointing right now. Everything from the nose to the finish is awkward and simply not enjoyable at any price. I have a couple more of this vintage and don’t plan on touching them for several years…hoping they are in a dumb phase now. 🤞

April 17, 2021 - Wine is overpriced. Dark fruit, noticeable alcohol even though its only 14.5%. Disjointed. Drinkable but not enjoyable. Letting it sit and get more air in hopes this goes somewhere but I suspect it won't.
