October 25, 2023 - Not much on the nose. First sip was a wild ride- Bordeaux blend then a wave of soy sauce then a hint of aged balsamic. After a few sips it settled down to a very balanced red fruit with medium tannins and acids. Not a lot of secondary flavors. Strong ripe cherry finish. Not spicy. A very pleasant drinker, probably should be consumed now.
