October 31, 2023 - Golden colour. Somewhat muted nose, of butterscotch and roasted apples. Medium to full in body, with lovely acidity. A somewhat creamy feel and notes of vanilla and lemon curd. Very enjoyable to drink, and I feel will only improve from here, and last a while longer.

June 2, 2023 - Pale gold. Nice nose of peaches and honeysuckle. Slightly oily texture, medium+ acidity, lush and supple, with hint of sur-lie. Moderate finish.

The aromatics and palate impression is still pretty simple, and the sweetness is more perceptible now than it will be with further bottle age. But the finish is quite complex and impressively long. I'm hopeful this vintage will come into shape nicely in time.

Consistent with last note. Drank half of the bottle
Day 7:
Checked on remainder of bottle in the fridge
Very savory, somewhere between dry and off dry
Fruits faded but still quite delicious

March 13, 2022 - Nine months after the prior: Medium golden. Rather oily, with a pleasant musky quality. Not really muted as we remember — and indeed, showing some energetic acidity. With this combination of gentle sweetness and complex savory qualities, we have found these wines to go very well with steamed artichokes — otherwise a difficult food to pair. Highly enjoyable over three nights.
