September 23, 2019 - Earthy, meaty notes outfront followed by black cherry and mulberry aromas. Tannins are quite firm and drying on its aftertaste.

    October 8, 2018 - Petit Verdot 32%, Cabernet Sauvignon 27%, Syrah 21% and Malbec 20%

Full body, deep garnet color. Intense ripe fruits, tobacco and floral aroma. Dominant raspberry, black cherry and ripe plum palate, lingering cedar wood finish. This one is modern style but very hedonistic wine, powerful, rich and complex, well balanced in spite the high alcohol, lovely acidity and ripe tannins. Food friendly, tasted with stewed in vegetables poultry. Serve 18º - 22º. Open about half hour ahead. Drink now and next four years.

June 25, 2018 - Yatir wines tasting by Eran Goldwasser (Ya'in Ba'Ir Rosh HaA'in): Petit Verdor, CS, Syrah, Malbec
    clear, deep purple
clean, profound aromas of dark fruits with spicy notes
dry, high tannins, high acidity, medium balance & harmony, good structure, fair complexity, bitter fruity flavours, high abv, medium length finish
