  August 14, 2022 - Pours medium garnet. Heavy bricking. The nose is sadly dominated by soy sauce, autumn foliage, and stewed fruit. The palate shows some signs of life with sweet fruit present. Difficult to determine whether it's just that this particular bottle is dead or if this wine is past prime. In either case, this was undrinkable.

  December 7, 2018 - Nice aged grenache with provencal herbs, earth, plum and sweet dark fruit. Palate was sweet with a long finish with a delicate touch. Drinking beautifully at peak. Under the radar for sure. 91++

  April 23, 2017 - Friend purchased from auction (not sure how many years ago) and brought it to a steakhouse. Pop and poured. There was a mustiness on the nose that did not blow off entirely. I even used a different glass to make sure. A bit cloudy and much lighter color than the 1988 Mouton beside it. Dried and baked strawberry notes on the palate.

  November 8, 2013 - Una bellissima fragolina fa capolino in mezzo a spezie da vin brulè e sfumature autunnali. La bocca purtroppo delude le attese, è molto secca, verticale, gli manca dinamicità e chiude abbastanza velocemente
