  Neutral pale green color. Ripe and youthful nose with quite primary aromas of peach, juicy tangerine, some nectarine, a little bit of steely minerality and a waxy hint typical of Chenin Blanc. The wine is ripe, dry to dry-ish and quite full-bodied on the palate with very lively and focused flavors of steely minerality, ripe yellow apple, sweet citrus fruits, some nectarine, a little bit of quinine bitterness and a hint of floral acacia character. Overall the wine feels quite intense and powerful with its high acidity, yet stylistically veering more towards delicate than muscular expression. The finish is ripe and juicy with flavors of juicy apricots, some tart green apples, a hint of candied tangerine zest and a touch of steely minerality.
  
  A very lovely, pure and focused Chenin Blanc. I have no idea if the franc de pied method (ungrafted wines) lend any extra purity or minerality to the wine, but whatever the case, this is quite impressive. For now the wine feels a bit primary and lacking in depth, but I have no doubts whatsoever that the wine couldn't develop here for years, if not for decades. Beautiful stuff, highly recommended. Tremendous value at 13,50€.
