July 21, 2018 - Gave it an hour decant. Initial floral notes on the nose give way to licorice, cola and dark fruits. Medium Body is rich but elegant with well integrated tannins. Medium finish. I’ve found all the CC cabs to drink really well young and the lack of structure leads me to believe these aren’t built for a long haul, but I’m excited to see how they evolve over the next 2-4 years.
