March 7, 2021 - White pinot noir. Huh. Interesting. Well, that's certainly a geeky option, isn't it? Light to straw yellow. Aromas of yellow apple, pear, white flowers, white pepper, crushed rocks, and some fresh herbs. Medium (+) body, medium acid and finish, and flavors of apple, pear, lemon, minerals, and a bit of saline. Pair with seafood, poultry, salads, and lighter fare.
