Community Tasting Notes 2

  • VDLT Wine Likes this wine:

April 24, 2022 - Drinking better than expected. The red fruit is pure, energetic and tasty. But there is definitely more to come. Seems like it’s about 40% of what it will have to offer.

  • rcb25 Likes this wine:

April 13, 2021 - A bit shy on the nose at first. Lithe red fruits, herbs, black tea, and a bit of crush rocks on the nose. Good density and depth on the palate, plenty of acidity and a long mineral-laden finish. Good wine that needs a lot of time in bottle to unfurl. Drink from 2030 onwards

    ABV: 13.5%
    Closure: natural cork
    Decant: 1h
Assemblage: 100% destemmed. 20 months in oak, 30% new. About 2k bottles produced.
    Stem: Grassl Cru
