May 31, 2003 - Light brown. Nice scents of brown sugar and cinnamon spice. Good structure and definition. Tastes like liquid raisins mixed with bisquits. Maybe just a bit simple and lacking in complexity, but very elegant and harmonious. A hair short on the finish.
