February 25, 2024 - Amazingly balanced with strong acidity to balance the sweet components.

August 18, 2023 - This is the sort that Christine likes. Also, wine was quite good -- re-order it.

September 2, 2020 - Intense aroma of pear and peach. On the palate, scrumptious sweet fruit, like perfectly ripe pears exploding with juice. Or canned peaches slathered in cream. The fruit fades and reveals a backbone of flinty minerality and lemony acidity. Irresistible.

December 16, 2019 - Golden pale in color with aromas of tropical fruit, predominantly pineapple, apricot, peach,
green apple, wet stone, and damp earth. Fresh with sweet green apple, mellow pineapple, honey wax, and lemon on the palate with nice racy acidity.

June 17, 2019 - AP 07 18. Almost a year on from my last tasting and this has settled into an amazing place. Just as fruity and clean as the 2015 but with an extra spark of slate that makes this unforgettable. See my past note for specifics, but this made me so happy trying it again I had to post. When Fritz Haag is on his game, there’s NOTHING like it. 94p easily!
