July 11, 2018 - Lively on first pour with emerging elegance in the glass. Quite nice.

July 2, 2018 - Light, lively, but still full of flavor. Not too tart.

June 29, 2018 - Nice acid, opens up beautifully upon slurping a tad bit. Definitely get the Pinot Gris there. Fairly light nose.
