  May 11, 2024 - Erstaunliche präsente Säure, in der Nase fast noch Primäraromen (!), nach Belüftung kommt die reife dunkle Frucht, nun fast mit einer leichten Süße, aus der Erinnerung deutlich besser als die vorherige Flasche, kann noch liegen, zum Essen mit genügend Luft vorher sehr schön

  April 23, 2022 - In 2018 I wrote that this wine needed another 3-5 years. Here we are 3+ years later and I think that I was right. This is now quite approachable, still with plenty of fruit but the tannins don’t dominate as much.

  December 10, 2021 - Packed with raspberries, blackberries and sweet but tart cherries. Some lingonberries in the background, can be connected with the tannins. Very dense wine with herbs and black pepper. Chevy tannins, abit dry, needs some time.
  
  Had with flank steak fried rare, roasted root vegetables, roasted onions and a tomatoe and onion salad with beer vinegar.
  
  Ended it all with spinata calabra, not perfect with the chilli in the salami, but still lovely.
  
  Looking forward to following this(sadly) last vintage from this wonderful producer. Enjoyed many vintages and always blown away by the whole range.
