November 21, 2021 - Lemon, black pepper, and an amazing subtle hint of tropical fruit on the finish. Perfectly balanced and delicious.

September 2, 2020 - Light pale gold. Nose is subtle with lime and pear notes, but some soft buttery/oaky bits there. Great juicy acidity, nice and mouth-watering with good white fruit finish. Drinking great, easy five good years ahead.
