July 7, 2022 - 刚开瓶是浑厚绵密的奶香，像是石子落湖一般，如涟漪慢慢扩散，晕染着鼻腔的空间，随着水波摇曳，高级的木香、苹果之类的香气如湖中倒影一般浮现，仿佛看到了阳光之下的林中镜湖，若无人之境，但在涟漪之中又显隐约，幽幽地，扩散出很棒的纵深。入口酸度扎实，从头到尾、所过之处都铺满了口腔（在杯中轻轻摇晃片刻后会变得具有冲击力），直到余味都在持续生津，结构很大，相当紧实且圆整，充盈包裹着口腔的整体，苹果、油桃和杨桃，后段点点奶味，带来了厚实又轻盈的力量感。收尾余味很长（30秒以上）。
瓶醒半个小时左右，清冷的白花园出现在嗅觉上。口感稍微舒展一些。
瓶醒两个小时，嗅觉上前景则是清雅的白花，奶味在背景支撑，若清泠上人境，几多飘摇。后段还带有些橙花等小白花精油的意味，气质出尘，起舞弄清影，何似在人间，让我想起倪云林山水画之中的空旷境味，杯中再过一会儿，花香就慢慢晕染上了柑橘香。口感此时变得更棒，清晰如镜，大的整体之中棱角分明，结构非常好，萃取带来的口腔酥麻感同酸度一道，似乎在洗刷口腔。整体的果味舒展和收拢有致，青苹果、油桃和柠檬同板栗等味道天衣无缝地结合在一起，口感充满张力，又有着足够的圆润度。而醒酒器之中的则展现出更多奶香、白花、蜂蜜和一点点森林木质的合谋，果味中的柠檬味慢慢出挑出来，带着苹果、油桃，后段还有些略带打火石感的矿物味。闻起来和喝起来虽已是欲拒还迎，但还是高冷的清纯。
三个小时左右，整瓶酒的气质更为具象化，它似乎并非广寒之境，乃冰清玉洁之仙，羽裳浮动，丝缕弥漫，奶香混合着油桃和柑橘，实在美妙。口感亦然，它似乎离你更为切近了一些，但它的怀抱似乎同水中月一般，随着涟漪走向纵深。三个半小时时，油柑、柑橘和油桃的果味会比较立体清晰，此时各种要素都在，无论是在嗅觉中还是在味觉中，都是余音绕梁，久久不散。98+/100 -

July 13, 2021 - Still a lot of potential, but already great to drink. Very mineral wine, which has a wonderful complexity in the mouth. I hope I can drink this wine again.
