January 7, 2024 - beautiful wine. reductive nose, but immed white stone fruit, lemon, minerality with terrific acidity. This was a great bottle - very pale yellow - zero signs of any premox. happy I have one more. this is young and can age longer but is in a strong window to be enjoyed today

November 10, 2023 - An excellent wine ripe for drinking now at the 6 year mark. Pop and pour already so delightful, where you get a signature Dauvissat Petit Chablis style Parmesan cheese rind aroma that is so enticing before it eventually blows off into ripe orchard fruits, light pastry cream, mineral, and light lactic notes with the most elegant expression that is signature PYCM. Having had the Cuvee Clement and Emma version earlier this year, this baseline is still solid (the Cuvee version is even more decadent and expressive). This will age longer nicely too but yields so much pleasure even now. Sadly my only bottle and harder to find now for this vintage, but makes me want to seek out newer vintages to see how they will evolve over time. More sad, the price keeps going up. Even if you don't get the right match with food, it is super pleasurable to drink by itself and share with friends.

September 5, 2023 - From a magnum. Good from the start and approachable. White flows, vanilla, peach, lemon, smoke and mineral. Nice acid and decent reduction. No rush to drink.

May 26, 2023 - Avalon restaurant (and Oocker) (Amsterdam, NL): [Restaurant purchase] No detailed notes, tasted blind. Called Cote de Beaune premier cru. This is just drop-dead gorgeous! Very complete, perfect use of wood, great reductive notes, the typical PYCM gunflint notes. Floral, ripe lemon, medium+ acidity, very long finish. 93/94. For me the second wine of the evening

May 6, 2023 - Second time drinking this with similar notes, perhaps I’m enjoying it even more tonight than I did 9 months ago… lovely reduction with great energy, weight and acidity.
