March 9, 2009 - Still a huge bottle of wine. Tannins are teeth staining. Very ripe dark fruits flavors still needs some air time.

February 6, 2009 - Huge nose of licorice and raspberries. Juicy midpalate attack with very fresh red fruit flavors. Finish was a little hot first night but settled nicely the next day. Can tell where they were headed with the newer vintages.
