June 30, 2023 - Burg lunch at Summer Pavilion. Tasted blind. Drank in Grassl Cru.
In a good spot. Grand Cru grandiosity, mouth-feel, lacking some complexity but drinkability is there.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, garnet colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of tea leaves, dark red cherries, dark red plums, earthy minerals, spice.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium tannins, medium body. Medium+ intensity, with same flavours.
    Long finish.

September 11, 2022 - 200 Burgundy Grand Crus from vintage 2000, 4-day blind tasting (Singapore): Tannic and rich wine also here, more ripeness, more whole cluster, dry tannins but less dense/pushed. The RSVs did not show as well as the Richebourgs for once.

February 3, 2022 - What a wonderful bottle - colour of raw ruby, intense bouquet of fresh rasberries and gliding over the palate with texture of cashmere. Suprising fruit intensity and this apparent perfect bottle had 2 decades in the tank easy but was such a plaeasure today. Maybe not the most complex but as drinkability goes it was off the charts.

July 12, 2019 - Richebourg & RSV (Mag's Wine Kitchen): Sweet and sour cherry, plum, autumn leaves and touch of Indian spices and warm earth. Excellent acidity entry for the vintage, getting rounder toward the mid palate with saturated juicy sweet fruits, inner spice perfume. However, it is also started to show some warm, alcohol sensation. Fully integrated tannin. Long, slightly warm finish.

May 28, 2019 - RSV and Richebourg Dinner + Montrachet and La Tache (Holland Park, Singapore): Unfortunately corked. Still shows some prettiness, but the TCA was there.
