    April 2, 2023 - Lovely right now.

Stunning Blonde turning slightly Amber. With those famous Paul Hobbs Legs.

Very well balanced. Tasting Pear Apricot maybe a touch of caramel. Nice long finish.

October 9, 2021 - Clear medium gold; clean medium plus nose of butter, caramel, lemon custard and brioche; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; pronounced flavour intensity; palate has a fruit payoff and follows nose; long finish; drink now or in a few years; delicious wine - buttery without being over the top

July 17, 2021 - Clear pale/med gold; clear medium nose of egg bread, lemon and vanilla; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus/full body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of lime, grapefruit and burnt sugar; medium plus finish; drink now; great nose but challenging palate; past its prime?

January 8, 2021 - Clear medium/deep gold; clean pronounced nose of ripe mango/pineapple, caramel, nutmeg/cloves and gingerbread; dry; high acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate shows ripe fruit with addition of lemon; long finish; drink now or in a few years; already has great tertiary characteristics - probably best to drink it sooner rather than later
