  January 7, 2024 - I don't know how this ever ended up in my cellar. But now it's gone, and it will not be missed. On day 1: perfumed nose, watery mouthfeel, short finish. On day 2 with pasta (Olio & Aglio w/ peppers): much better, thanks to its acidity (and strong peppers in the dish). Score based on average of the two days

  November 2, 2023 - I liked it more than I had anticipated to a delicious autumn Ragu. Without the food it suffers some and feels flat but with tannins.
