Nose: plum, mushroom, wet stones
Taste: black cherry vanilla smoke
This has an excellent mouthfeel with black cherry, plum, vanilla, anise and a touch of smoke. The long tannins go on and on. This is a young wine still and has a ways to go. -

July 25, 2020 - Drinking exceptionally well right now. Paired with Pizza from our wood fired oven. Subtle, not overly forward, but beautiful fruit. I would say this has another five years.
