    April 28, 2024 - Didn't give this enough time to appreciate it properly or write a note. It was nice however.

    January 4, 2023 - Day 1
    Served this with the Vinloq System
    👃Rich cherry/strawberry, roses, smokey herbs, tea, sage, citrus, clove. Complex & elegant
    👅Salty, savory, and fleshy. Broad flavors that have depth, clarity, & persistence. Soft tannins. Superb!

    "Slow Decanted" the remaining wine in my refrigerator

    DAY 13
    👃Totally unique combination of flavors with depth & complexity💕
    White pepper, savory strawberry. Slightly bitter. Crispy
    👅Dry, smokey finish. Energetic. Light

    -Grenache that is elegant and singular. Equally superb on Days 1 and 13
    -Burgundian stylings. Medium body. Elegant. Complex. Singular

    March 6, 2022 - Sans note;
    Excellent, sur une impression de petits fruits des champs infusés, autant au nez qu'en bouche. Aucune lourdeur, fort élégant. Légère note épicée & anisée présente en bouche du début à la fin. Harmonieux du début à la fin!

    February 11, 2022 - Wine #5/10 in our all star Grenache taste-off. Fruit from a high altitude (708m) vineyard in Piekenierskloof - amongst highest vineyard in the Cape. Ungrafted, old vines on decomposed granite. 90% whole bunches. Fermented in concrete. Pure fruit expression. Earthy. Leather. Lots of Herbs - the classic fynbos showing here. One of only 2 wines I identified immediately from the blind lineup. This needs a decant, and suspect this will improve a lot with age. 94pt

    October 24, 2021 - This is drinking well now, pure red berry fruits, a touch of spice in the background, lovely balance, brilliant wine.
