  November 11, 2021 - Poured a glass before dinner to allow some breathing room, and to enjoy while cooking roast chicken.
  Some rhubarb and cherry notes immediately stood out on the nose.
  As it warmed up from cellar temperature it improved with time open.
  This is a great Pinot to pair with a nice meal or a cheese plate.

  Il était en carafe depuis plusieurs heures.
  Le bois est trop présent, ça maquille le reste.
  Trop lourd pour moi, je passe!

  August 20, 2019 - My bottle was outstanding. Odd to me I bought st Safeway in Bend. They had a good OR PN selection, bit not what I expect at Safeway. Paid $35, and at that price this is really top notch. I'd say $50 at wine store.
  
  Wonderful classic OR PN all around. Red fruit and earth well-balanced on nose. Palate classic red fruit. Put this as drink now because tannins very muted. Acidity is perfect.
  
  I'd buy more, but not in Bend now. Need to visit this winery.

  Has the kinda spice character of a Pommard. Smells a little bit more hard edged. Alex notes that he likes acid and he picks on the lighter site to get the acid. And indeed, its got a punch running through it.
