Community Tasting Notes 6

October 26, 2014 - Just acquired four bottles from a friend who has cellared since purchase. This first bottle is well past maturity, but still fun to drink and interesting to taste a Jean Luc Colombo after 9 years in bottle. Drink any that are remaining.

July 11, 2009 - Oaky and a solid example of its kind, but nothing here to make it stand out from the rest of the sea of southern French reds.

May 7, 2008 - too much sweet vanillan oak masking what might have been a more interesting wine, but for the ill-judged over-oaking. Remaining half left for a few days on the offchance something might emerge.

    May 6, 2008 - Innocuous rubbish.

September 22, 2007 - Good but not especially interesting.
