May 26, 2023 - Splash decanted and consumed over a couple of hours. Slight dried fruits, ripe blackberry and plum, a little herbaceousness, touch of savoury spice. In the mouth it's softly engaging, those dark hued fruits take precedence over the more desiccated notes, the barest tannic whisper. Alcohol warmth is present here as well though not intrusive. Hmm

November 10, 2020 - From Coravin. Aromas red and black plum, alcohol lends a peppery prickle, a little biscuit, getting a little charcuterie here as well. In the mouth it has juicy acidity, grainy, grippy tannins on the mid palate, muted plummy fruit and are lost beneath those tannins that do persist. a little alcohol warmth on the finish.
