March 25, 2019 - Medium bodied, Bordeaux blend (CS/M/PV). 60 min of air to loosen up and sluff off some bitterness. Nose is muted spiced cherry, cassis, palate has strong red fruit, bramble, hints of hard cheese, cacao powder. Juicy acidity and grainy mouth-coating tannins.
