January 11, 2020 - 1st of 12, opened 80 minutes, perfect cork and level - deep, not particularly dark, ruby, glossy, touch of brown on rim; red fruit driven, currant/raspberry, touch of balsamic, spice, hint of earth and nail varnish; med, long, quite persistent and concentrated, fresh, well balanced fruit, reasonably complex, polished fruit, early maturity. F+ (18).
