February 28, 2008 - Harshly alcoholic and unpleasant. Mouthfeel of a lousy pinot noir with the long aftertaste of a cheap muscatel.

September 27, 2007 - Over the top and very single minded sort of wine. No sort of finish to speak of. Sort of like plain grape juice on steroids. Would not buy again.

July 13, 2007 - Gibby's Midsummer Nights' Dream Tasting (Geneva, IL): Poured at a retailer tasting. Deep garnet color. Notes of cherry, plum, and an odd note I couldn't place. Nice rush of red fruit, but then a pronounced vegetal character comes out.
