January 14, 2023 - A good Riesling that has already been softened by a couple of year in the bottle. On the nose and the palate, you an find clean citrus fruit and a decent acidity refresh your mouth at the end. Paired with Northern Thai specialty Khao Soi, it was a real treat. Good quality price ratio, but lacking the complexity of higher end Riesling Grand Cru from Alsace.
