오픈 하자마자 베리류, 체리 향 폭발적임
맛도 상큼, 초코 느낌이 맛이 느껴짐
약 2시간 지나면서 과일향, 맛 등이 극격히 없어지며 꺾임
브리딩 필요없이 바로 마시고 빨리 마셔야 할 것 같음 -

July 11, 2019 - Sequence of palate perception is, “it’s got a good acidity, sweet, bitter, ah.. rooibos tea, tannins are smooth, medium plus bodied, not very natural, it’s like wearing some makeup.” Very similar to their Zinfandel.

August 3, 2018 - Mrs Renfro Salsa Dinner (Lange Twins Winery): Nice everyday Cabernet Sauvignon, nothing complex but mild and varietal. Clean balance structure and finish, not overly oaky.
