May 27, 2022 - Showing a bit tropical and with a bit of botrytis. Doesn't seen characteristic for the wine. Unsettled weather may be tamping down the aromatics.

February 17, 2021 - SLDS February 2021: Apple, smoke, graphite, grass and lemon. Good flavour intensity, like the flow and presence on the palate. Recognisably Sauvignon blanc, but has an extra dimension to it. Lovely.

    November 2, 2019 - Straw/ lemon color - clean in appearance
Medium plus aromas - predominantly hay/ grass and dominated by herbs - some grapefruit and white flowers with underlying dusty/ smoky character - fascinating and complex aromas!!
Medium palate of citrus/hay and dried herbs with flint/ smoke
Medium plus acidity and medium length - Linear palate with much rounder edges than most SB Ive had - presumed lees contact
Medium length - A fascinating SB and one of the most complex and interesting examples Ive had the pleasure of tasting
    Could drink this daily

    November 1, 2019 - Single blind tasting
    Straw with some light gold
Medium + to high aromatics of grass, herbs, white flowers and flint. No oak
Medium + palate with medium + acidity. Citrus dominant, mainly sweeter grapefruit.
Medium linear finish, but with a superimposed softness suggesting some lees contact.
    Beautiful Sancerre, amazing aromatics.
