January 13, 2024 - Exotic Rayas like nose, rose water, strawberries, savoury, hay, v pretty & alluring, like a beautiful dancer seducing her audience, palate good but couldn’t match the stellar nose, stupendous pairing with a Cantonese style steam Soon Hock (marble gobby)

July 18, 2019 - Working wine wine Seminar two Burgundy, Beguiling, Bewildering and Beautiful (Est. Restaurant, George Street, Sydney): Saline, seaside initially, slight stalks, pretty cherry, perfume but with a slightly baked biscuit quality and polished oak. Juicy, pretty, slightly saline with cherry and a fair alcoholic heft on the back of the throat, silky tannins, a little herbaceous note on the palate as well.

July 17, 2019 - Light ruby-red colour here. Some reduction upfront. Smoky, rich fruited, with significant oak-spice obscuring the rest of it. I get a sense of rich and lush, ripe fruit here, although the acidity seems quite high, it's quite tangy. Delicate feeling palate with firm structure, fine sandy tannins underneath.
