March 8, 2024 - Very nice bottle for a Friday night with cheese. Took an hour to open but some nice black fruit in here. Mild finish

February 14, 2024 - I expected more from this wine. It was okay but not quite what I wanted from a wine at this price point. Better values are available.

February 14, 2023 - Exploding nose of red fruit. Very Big and hedonistic but not cloying. Some smooth tannins and strucutre are there. Basically a big juicy chewy tasty Napa cab. Had with beef filet tenderloin, would have been just as good by itself or with some rasberry cheesecake or chocolate desert.

Crowd pleaser and will have high scores due to the easy drinking nature. "Only" 14.1% but felt sweeter to me. Sweetness prevents it from being a daily drinker but it sure was good as a valentines day dinner bottle.

January 1, 2023 - Good wine to start the new year with, had it with some strip steaks. On the nose: earth, forest floor, black cherry, blueberry and some vanilla on the nose. Nice balance, not as fruit forward as others in a good way. Juicy blueberry, black cherry and blackberry on the palate. Very good, wish I had more.

September 25, 2022 - Concentrated showing tart cherry, blackberry and plum. Not the usual Napa fruit bomb and riped black fruit. Medium to full bodied, bright acidity, medium grained tannins and well balanced. I enjoyed that bottle. Had one a year ago and wasn’t impressed. Seems like a consistency issue as underlined by another subscriber. NI:3, FI:22, FC:8, B:4, L:4
