July 10, 2021 - Opened 10 hours before drinking with Bob and Jason. Amazingly good for being so young for an Aussie Shiraz. Not big in your face Barossa stuff, much more subtle and elegant like a good Saint Joseph or even Cote Rotie. Anticipate this developing into something even better and look forward to revisiting the remaining bottles every couple of years over a 20/25 year period.

February 19, 2021 - By the glass at Noble Rot in Wellington. Peppery, vaporous, herbaceous aroma. More (dark) fruit on the palate, with herbaceous and stony-earthy flavors, good acidity, and lightish tannins. Tasty, fun, characterful wine.
