August 5, 2018 - Really, really nice Riesling. First tasted Trisaetum Rieslings as part of the Herbfarm's 3 hour dinner extravaganza, and loved it despite the initial whiff of asphalt. On the dry side, and well worth the purchase.

September 27, 2016 - Ate with scallop linguini. Paired well. The salty meal balanced nicely with the dry Riesling acidity.
