January 27, 2022 - PnP. The musty funk on the nose of this is insane. Not in a bad way but I let it sit for a bit longer so the fruit can push its way through. Over a few hours this was a very pretty, delicate PN with all the Willamette features we’ve come to expect. Extremely well made.

October 24, 2021 - Significant melding of previously noted flavors, nicely accompanied by balanced softening of grip. Stemmy black fruit, green tea and peppery. Prefer this as a textbook pork chop or chicken wine, though an initial glass on its own works too. Drink within 2 years.
