December 2, 2023 - Finally pulled this bottle. Pure and transparent. The reduction has largely faded. This isn’t rich or particularly generous, but it sure is concentrated and authentic. Elegant, too, with plenty of life left.
Edit: my cork was rather dry and split in half, causing me to require the use of a Durand for removal of the bottom portion. -

Light golden color.
Nose light orange blossom, a rocky note.
Palate grapefruit pith, some orange fruit richness, a chalky mineral note at times.
Some nice complexity but not sure it's worth the current tariff of >$300 (per wine searcher?)
