  November 5, 2022 - Opened this at Chef Teo's over dinner with 2 ex-colleagues whom used to work quite closely together.
  
  Light gold in colour with notes of unripe citrus fruits, melons, and some grassy tones.
  
  Not an entirely outstanding Chablis, but paired well with seafood and brings out the flavours in the food it is consumed with.

  Pale gold with a refreshing aftertaste. Some unripe pineapples, melons and tropical fruits.
  
  Not outstanding, but paired well with the hotpot.
