  September 14, 2023 - Beautiful nose, flavors of fruits, especially apricot and strong minerals.
  
  Opens up beautifully after 30 minutes, great lemon flavor with balance acidity.
  
  Finishes still a little sharp, will have to try again in a couple of years

  November 26, 2021 - Almost overwhelmingly exotic right after opening. Pineapple, mango, ripe peach. On the palate it was a bit more behaved but felt a little disjointed with relatively sharp acidity and a clear nose/palate disconnect. After a night in the fridge the Aulerde was much(!) more harmonious. Still fruity but much more elegant, a bit more tamed acidity and with quite a finish. This will need quite a bit more time in the cellar to fully come together but then will be a great Riesling.

Rich, intense nose of petroleum, slightly oxidative and sherry-like. On the palate it had very ripe yellow fruits with a lengthy finish. But somehow GGs always taste a little unbalanced for me for some reason, so still not the biggest fan. This is still very young though and will hold for a long time.
