July 20, 2022 - Yellow peach, melon, roasted corn, hazelnuts, wet stone, butter, wax, vanilla. Medium + body, medium acid. Good influence of oak here while still being linear; and the fruit/non-fruit notes create a nice tension.
Great pairing with spot prawns. -
