Community Tasting Notes 2

May 14, 2022 - Light, lean and Burgundian in style. Three years later this is a bit more tertiary but still can use some time to develop further. Lay it down a couple of years more if you have any.

August 2, 2019 - Pale ruby in color. Medium plus intensity nose. Notes of raspberries, strawberries and redcurrant along with wet stones. No secondaries. This is all fruit. On the palate it is dry it has medium intensity, bright medium plus acid, medium - tannins, low alcohol, a light body and strawberries, raspberries and bing cherries. Finish is of mid length. Not overly complex but enjoyable. Quite Burgundian in style.
