March 16, 2024 - This is an orange wine made from Rkatsiteli and held just to see what might become of it. The wait was worth it! Almost every aspect of this wine is captivating! The color is almost amber; deep golden, honeyed color. Absolutely stunning to look at. The nose – wow – is honey, peach, tangerine, mineral and a bit of chalk. Much the same on the palate. Unfortunately, the finish is disappointingly short. But for the finish, this wine has it all. 12.9% alc. With deviled eggs. 03.16.24. Recommended.

November 27, 2019 - Used oak for 11 months, full malo. Medium plus nose shows floral tones, white flowers, mineral background. Palate is different, phenolic structure from skin contact, nutty layers, burnt caramel, white melon, fruity finish with some body for a white. Really interesting product.
